I honestly sympathize with the census workers. I can only imagine how rude the people they can become and how condescending they can be treated. I gritted neighbourhood statistics when but my teeth and invite her but inside. The faster I get this over with, the sooner I get a sticker and how quickly can I forget that a census.
I must admit that I am not quite the utility of a census grasp. Or rather, I wonder if there are not better ways to every person in the country personally shake hands to come. In a perfect world everyone would probably fill their forms as it should. I mean when a baby screaming, the child is registered. That every dead will be logged. Everyone who emigrated to South Africa, will be drawn up and so did everyone leave the country. It is an easy plus and minus sum.
Well, all that counted all inventory know it's not that simple. It gives one an indication, but there must be physically counted to see if the sums. The counting is just prone to errors, so it remains only a plus minus number.
I wonder what will yield the use of other systems. As the number of people who Unemployment Insurance paid, plus the number of people unemployment insurance claim and the number of people who receive grants. It has to be a way to know how many dependents each. May have to be approached and the number neighbourhood statistics of children determined the rest of the population. Problem is that someone will be left out somewhere. Is really census is the only way to ensure that the number is omitted, the smallest?
Back to the book that I had to fill in the name of census. I was surprised that they wanted neighbourhood statistics my name and date of birth, but my ID number. They wanted to know where I was born and where I previously lived. There were questions about water and electricity supply, and if I my business in a flush toilet or a long drop to do. That I could still see. I could see yourself the question of how I got the roof over my head. The questions on disability made me chuckle - apparently the inability to care for oneself (bathing, etc.) have a disability. This is also one reason or another is important to know whether I have a TV, satellite TV, fridge etc. I wonder what the government is going to do about the people who did not? I am also going to get if I have not answered yes to everything?

No one asked me where I slept, or who else had slept that night here. Also how many hospitals, churches and schools in an area belongs. It was never asked. Now I still wonder what makes the night of 9/10 special enough to lie about.
Well, it's already the 3rd census neighbourhood statistics from the useless government came into power, and none of my close family and friends were ever counted .... also not the time someone nearby been my home.
